Overview

ÃÛÌÒAPP offers an impressive number of venues which are available for use by the public and ÃÛÌÒAPP faculty, staff and students. Room rental fees and incidental fees apply. 

Event Management venues are subject to policies outlined here. All other venues will follow policies as posted according to the particular venue in use.

  • 8th Floor Event Space at Mary and John Gray Library (Operated by Department of Event Management)

    Located in the Mary and John Gray Library, the 8th Floor overlooks the ÃÛÌÒAPP campus and the city of Beaumont. This 10,000-square-foot facility is an ideal setting for your event. The 8th Floor is a distinguished setting for catered meetings, receptions, dinners, and seminars. The facility is comprised of three separate rooms; combine all three for maximum capacity or rent individually. Catering is required to host an event on the 8th Floor. Learn more

  • Executive Event Space at Reaud Administration Building (Operated by Department of Event Management)

    Price: $750

    Sleek and modern, the Executive Event Space is a perfect venue for your next meeting, luncheon, or lecture. It features built-in multimedia options that include front and rear-facing projection screens and automatic window shades. The Executive Event Space is located inside the Wayne A. Reaud Administration Building. 

    The time alotted for each event is four hours. Additional time may be purchased at the rate of $100/hour. All events must end no later than midnight. Delivery times for outside vendors must be coordinated through the director of The University Event Center.

  • Training Room 113 A/B at CICE (Operated by Department of Event Management)

    Price: $500 (Full Training Room A&B)
    Price: $350 (Half Training Room A or B)

    Built for community engagement and outreach, Training Room 113 can be separated into two smaller rooms, (A & B), by a retractable door. The Training Room is perfect for workforce graduation ceremonies, leadership events and meetings. The Training Room(s) and The Hatchery are located inside the CICE. 

    The Hatchery is an interactive, state-of-the-art space designed to foster dynamic innovation and collaboration. It's ideal as a breakout space from larger meetings or for meet and greets!

    The time alotted for each event is four hours. Additional time may be purchased at the rate of $100/hour. All events must end no later than midnight. Delivery times for outside vendors must be coordinated through the director of The University Event Center.

  • Hatchery at CICE (Operated by Department of Event Management)

  • Dr. Richard L. Price Auditorium at Herman Iles Building (Operated by Department of Event Management)

    Located in the Herman Iles Building, the Price Auditorium accommodates 250 people and is the ideal space for a seminar, lecture, or presentation.
