Apply for Graduation

Get info about applying for graduation.  Applications open first day of classes each semester. If you try to apply and get "no curriculum found" your department may have not submitted your name. Please allow time for names to be submitted. Keep checking back. If you still receive a "no curriculum found" error after the potential graduating list is due (2 week after applications open) please contact your department for assistance.

Important Dates & Events for Summer 2025

May 25	Last day to order fine quality regalia .
May 29	Graduation Applications process begins.
May 29	Students can begin ordering cap & gowns through Official Bookstore website.
June 29	Last day to order regalia .
July 4	Graduation Applications close. Last day for name changes/corrections to be submitted. Names submitted after this day may not appear in the program.
July 4	Deadline to pay Graduation Fees.
July 4	Last day to register for Virtual Ceremony.
July 7	Degrees awarded by end of the day for students whose last class ends June 27, 2025. Transcripts will be available July 8, 2025.
July 7	Last day to notify us of change in commencement attendance, if applicable.
July 7	Last date for late applicants to be included in the program.
TBA	Thesis and Dissertation titles due.
TBA	PDF of Programs available.
August 1	Commencement Ceremony - Colleges of Arts & Sciences, Business, Education & Human Development, Engineering, and Fine Arts & Communication.
August 1	Commencement Ceremony - Virtual Ceremony.
August 8	Degrees awarded by end of the day for students whose last class ends July 31, 2025. Transcripts will be available August 9, 2025.
