Center for Resiliency to Host Another Brown Bag Lecture

The ÃÛÌÒAPP Center for Resiliency will host a Brown Bag lecture featuring talks from Dr. Nemmers and Teresa Ener, and Dr. Wang and Ms. Mengjie He. Topics will include Lamar Strong: A Resiliency Reader and Resilience of Construction Companies in Southeast Texas: Disaster Preparedness and Post-Disaster Recovery Capacity.

Ron Rozelle: Texas Gulf Raconteur

Author of 11 fiction and non-fiction books, Ron Rozelle won the 2022 Summerlee Book Prize for his novel "Leaving the Country of Sin." Rozelle will speak about his 40-year career writing about Texas. Refreshments will be provided, and this event is free and open to the public.
